BOOKING CLOSES FRIDAY 20th DECEMBER 2024
The Investiture of E. Comp. David Hampton as the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent together with the Annual Convocation of Provincial Grand Chapter, is to be holden in the Grand Temple of Freemasons’ Hall, Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5AZ on Thursday 9th January 2025 at 3.15 pm.
Unfortunately, we had to delay releasing the calling notice as we were waiting for the announcement from the Supreme Grand Chapter as to who our next Most Excellent Grand Superintendent will be. Subsequently, we have needed to conclude arrangements with The Grand Connaught Rooms for the dining. Unfortunately, this has severely delayed our organisation of the overall Convocation.
We understand that there is very little time to respond to this request and apologise for the very short notice but thank you for your understanding. We do hope that as many Companions as possible can still attend the Convocation on this significant occasion and support the Investiture of our new MEGS together with his chosen officers

DINING ARRANGEMENTS
We will be dining at The Grand Connaught Rooms, Great Queen Street. Cost: £62.50 per person for reception drink, dinner, wine and all gratuities.
Companions intending to dine should complete the Google form and either send their remittance to the Dining Secretary or make payment by bank transfer.
The cut-off date for booking is Friday, 20th December 2024.
